Muhammad Qudrat-i-Khuda was a Bangladeshi organic chemist, educationist and writer best known for chairing Bangladesh's National Education Commission and publishing its 1973 report, the Qudrat-e-Khuda Education Commission Report. He founded the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.
