Genetics And Molecular Biology

This group collects the Life Sciences subcategory's members whose defining work concerns genetics and molecular biology: DNA, genes, genomes and the molecular machinery of heredity, from the founders of classical genetics to the modern sequencers of the human genome. It is kept apart from Biochemistry, whose members study the general chemistry of living systems rather than heredity and the genome specifically.
