Yuan Tseh Lee is a Taiwanese physical chemist who was awarded the 1986 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, shared with Dudley Herschbach and John Polanyi, for his contributions to the development of reaction dynamics through crossed molecular beam research. He later served as president of Academia Sinica in Taiwan.
