Robert Huber is a German biochemist and Nobel laureate known for his work crystallizing an intramembrane protein important to photosynthesis and then applying X-ray crystallography to elucidate the protein structure. He shared the 1988 Nobel Prize in Chemistry with Johann Deisenhofer and Hartmut Michel.
