Lars Onsager

Lars Onsager was a Norwegian American physical chemist and theoretical physicist who lived from 1903 to 1976. He held the Gibbs Professorship of Theoretical Chemistry at Yale University and was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1968.
