Ranjan Mallik

Ranjan Kumar Mallik (born 1964) is an Indian electrical and communications engineer and professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where he has taught since 1998. His research covers multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems, communication theory, and the mathematics of difference equations and linear algebra as applied to wireless systems. He received the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology in 2008 and the Vikram Sarabhai Research Award the same year, and he is a fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, the Indian National Science Academy, the National Academy of Sciences India, the Indian National Academy of Engineering, The World Academy of Sciences, and IEEE.
